PIMS - Industrial Park was developed for the special needs of Industrial Estates. The PIMS solution provides the Industrial Park representative with complete information on all of their properties. Park representatives can immediately respond to potential client’s specific needs. This information can also be web-enabled to permit potential clients to independently review the Industrial Park facilities.

Buildings - Spatially indexes all properties and buildings. Includes information on Capital Projects, floor plans, occupants, leases, etc.

Agreement - tracks legal agreements, and also tracks rental payments and service charges

Financials - permits management to monitor revenue and expenditures by cost center, cost code, and against budget

GIS Integration - presents all properties as map locations. Is also used to route maintenance calls.
