Previse

Both infectious illness and truancy have placed new pressure on School Boards to monitor and respond to these impactful issues. Considerable efforts have been made to establish procedures and practices to reduce both. It is of critical importance that School Administrators and School Boards have accurate, timely, actionable information on these and other attendance related issues. Previse has been designed to be the Early Warning System which will support the health of our children, school staff and community.

Previse has been specifically designed to provide Educational Administration with the information that they need to make informed decisions. Previse draws together the critical factors within a Geospatial (electronic mapping) environment. The system generates reports which indicate the number of new absences (grouped by school and school board), provides filters on absences, indicates the average length of absence, and monitors bus routes and extracurricular activities. In short, Previse provides you with information on what is happening and the trends that are emerging. Best of all, this information offers you a wider range of potential responses.
