Manager, AG Research Regina

AG Research, a World-Class International Information Technology company will open an office in Regina Saskatchewan in early 2010. This office will provide direct services (consulting, client relation management) for existing customers, while also isolating new opportunities for growth and development. The Manager of AG Regina, will be a dynamic leader and evangelist for AG and the Information Technology community in Regina. This individual will grow the Regina Office into the center of operations for Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Establish AG Research’s Regina Office and expand it into the center of operations for Western Canada
• Provide Client Relationship Management for current customers in Saskatchewan in accordance with the Director of Program Management Office
• Establish relationships with key Government Department and Private Sector Companies
• Isolate opportunities for new business and work cooperatively on proposals and RFP’s
• Act as a Project Manager on certain AG projects within the Region
• Provide consulting services to clients on a part‐time basis
• Maintain records (reports and financials) prepare projections, and maintain exceptional
  communications with the Corporate Headquarters
•  Establish and achieve goals for business development and billable professional services

Background Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a consultant/ project manager/business analyst with assignments in the Public Sector (large project experience)
• Experience in Business Development/Sales focused on Government and large enterprise
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Advanced commutations skills, both written and oral
• Established history of surpassing business objectives and targets
• Management Experience

Conditions

• This position is based in Regina, but will require travel within Saskatchewan, Alberta,
  and to Nova Scotia
• The position is full time
• Valid driver’s license and documentation to work in Canada are required
